Celebrate Fall with us on October 12!
Event honoring Rev James Roberson
Unfortunately, the Chamber has had to cancel its BBQ cook off, but we will still have a great day on October 12! We are inviting vendors and the public to a fun filled day to both ring in fall and honor a fine Hickman resident!
The Chamber Fall Fest and Celebration Honoring Rev James Roberson will begin in Downtown Hickman at 10AM, and we will break just before noon to join the People of Diversity in changing the name of 4th Street to Rev James Roberson Way! Immediately after the ceremony, we will reconvene in Downtown for an afternoon of fun including kids games, crafts, food, and music! Come join us on this pretty fall day!
Vendors are welcome for a fee of $25 if you need electricity, or $10 if you don't. Contact Director Campbell at 270-627-0780 if you wish to reserve a spot!

Asking for help rehabbing the Christmas Cards to display this Christmas Season!
Many bought Christmas Cards from the Chamber several years ago that are displayed in town during the holiday season. The time in the elements have made the cards dull and lacking the luster they had when first painted. The Chamber needs your help in purchasing the supplies necessary to rehab your card! For $25, we will rehab your card back to its original glory! For more information, contact Director Campbell at (270) 627-0780. Money can be paid to Director Campbell or President Wiseman.

Ferry Resumes Service!
Ferry reopens after months of high water
The Dorena-Hickman Ferry has finally reopened after flood waters kept it docked for an extended period. The ferry is operating on its normal summer schedule - details can be found on the Dorena-Hickman Ferry Facebook page. The ferry is an important connection between Hickman and Missouri for both recreational and industrial purposes. We hope the river stays at bay and the ferry crew can make up for lost time!
